There are three courses offered by Developing Magic on a regular basis, which explore NLP to varying degrees.

NLP itself is a methodology for reproducing exceptional human performance in any context.  In other words, it's the study of the unconscious patterns of cognition and behaviour that make talented people talented, regardless of what their particular talents happen to be.  Over the years, NLP has been used to replicate the talents of exceptional salespeople, school teachers, therapists, athletes, spellers, mediators, musicians, share traders, martial artists, and lawyers, to name but a few.

The process of uncovering the secrets to someone's particular talent is called modeling, and is the core skill set of NLP itself.

The results of modeling are better described as NLP applications, and it's usually these applications that people think of when they think of NLP:  persuasion techniques, relationship models, peak performance strategies, lateral thinking processes, and a whole plethora of tools for exercising greater control over one's thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Which brings us back to those three courses.

At one end of the spectrum, we offer a short course called 'A Touch of Magic' - which predominately explores a range of NLP applications.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, we have the NLP Master Practitioner program - which is predominately an advanced training in NLP modeling.

... and in the middle, we have the NLP Practitioner program, which explores both  NLP applications (to a much greater degree than 'A Touch of Magic') and NLP modeling (to a limited extent).
