Seriously, though - who says this guy is any better than anybody else out there teaching this stuff?

GREAT question.

Almost everyone raves about the course they did and the trainer they did it with, and they'll recommend that particular course and that particular trainer as excellent - even if the course and trainer were mediocre compared to other offerings.

Why? Because if the only hamburger you've ever eaten was a stale McDonalds cheeseburger, it will still be the best hamburger you've ever had ...

So I always recommend paying attention to people who can give an informed opinion, having experienced a range of different trainers and courses.

Because just like everybody else, I get all kinds of glowing testimonials from my students ... and that's really nice ... but I know I would still get those even if I only did an average job by my own standards. So the reviews I value the most are the ones that come from people who have extensive experience of other courses and other trainers - people who are far better informed, because they have a point of comparison.
